Humana is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to bridge Humana Government Business and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contract requirements. You will support staffing models, labor cost proposals, and vendor relationships while assisting with audits and the HGB Position Tracking System.

In this remote role, you will also screen and onboard temporary workers, process timecards, and help develop contract terms with Procurement.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Human Resources dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas and graphs).

Responsabilités

• Serve as a liaison between HGB and Human Resources to ensure compliance with the unique requirements of government contracts.
• Provide timely responses to requests for information from HR Business Partners.
• Provide guidance on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Post vacancies in Workday in a timely manner.
• Work with HGB pricing on staffing model development.
• Read and understand RFP requirements.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System with staffing updates.
• Produce monthly staffing reports.
• Develop/ad hoc reports from Position Tracking System, Workday payroll, and other sources.
• Maintain relationship with contingent labor vendor.
• Consult leaders on temporary staffing needs and effective use of contingent labor.
• Coordinate screening/onboarding of temporary workers, verify training, access, timecards, and invoices.
• Assist in contract terms development with Corporate Procurement and vendor evaluation for government contracting.
