Humana is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to serve as a liaison between Humana Government Business and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contracts and developing staffing models. The role also involves labor cost proposals, audits, and maintaining the HGB Position Tracking System.

You will manage the contingent labor vendor relationships, assist with special projects, and support onboarding of temporary workers, with a remote work setup and ET schedule.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required for this position.
• No hires in Puerto Rico due to government contract.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of HR experience with compensation and confidential data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, graphs).

Responsabilités

• Liaise between Humana Government Business and Human Resources to ensure government contract compliance.
• Develop staffing models and labor cost proposals.
• Participate in audits by government agencies and manage the Position Tracking System.
• Manage relationship with the contingent labor vendor and assist with special projects.
• Coordinate screening/onboarding of temporary workers and process timecards/invoices.
• Provide reports from the Position Tracking System and Workday payroll.
• Advise leaders on contingent labor utilization and staffing needs.
