Humana Inc. seeks a Workforce Management Professional 2 to serve as a liaison between Humana Government Business and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contracts while developing staffing models and labor cost proposals.

This remote role supports audits, maintains the HGB Position Tracking System, and collaborates with the contingent labor vendor, with a 40-hour workweek and ET hours.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required for this position.
• HGB is not authorized to do work in Puerto Rico per contract.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Three (3) years of experience in Human Resources dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Experienced with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a liaison between HGB and HR to ensure contract compliance.
• Provide timely responses to information requests from HR Business Partners.
• Provide guidance to Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Ensure vacant positions are posted in Workday promptly.
• Work with HGB pricing on staffing model development.
• Read and understand RFP requirements.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System with accurate staffing data.
• Produce the monthly reports in a timely manner.
• Support HGB by issuing routine and ad hoc reports from the Position Tracking System and Workday payroll.
• Develop/maintain relationships with HGB's contingent labor vendor.
• Consult with leaders on temporary staffing needs and optimal use of contingent labor.
• Coordinate screening and onboarding of temporary workers and process timecards/invoices.
• Assist with contract terms with Corporate Procurement and evaluate vendors for government contracting requirements.
• Assist with special projects.
