Job summary

Humana Government Business is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to serve as a liaison between HGB and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contract requirements and developing staffing models. You will participate in agency audits, maintain the Position Tracking System, manage vendor relationships, and generate routine and ad hoc reports.

This is a remote role with a standard M-F 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET schedule.

Qualifications

• Our Department of Defense Contract requires U.S. citizenship for this position.
• HGB is not authorized to do work in Puerto Rico per our government contract. We are not able to hire candidates that are currently living in Puerto Rico.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Three (3) years of experience in Human Resources dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Experienced with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between HGB and HR to ensure government contract compliance.
• Provide timely responses to requests for information from the HR Business Partners.
• Guide Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Post vacant positions in Workday timely.
• Work with HGB pricing on model development.
• Read and understand RFP requirements.
• Maintain HGB Position Tracking System with staffing data.
• Produce monthly staffing reports.
• Support HGB by issuing routine/ad hoc reports from systems.
• Develop/maintain relationship with contingent labor vendor.
• Consult with leaders on temporary staffing needs.
• Coordinate screening/onboarding of temporary workers.
• Assist Corporate Procurement in contract terms and vendor evaluation.
• Assist with special projects.
