Humana Inc. is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to bridge Humana Government Business and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contracts and effective staffing models.

You will manage the Position Tracking System and coordinate with the contingent labor vendor to support staffing needs. The role involves auditing government requirements, responding to HR partners, and developing reports from multiple systems.

Qualificações

• U.S. citizenship is required by the DoD contract.
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years HR experience handling compensation and confidential data.
• Experience with Excel including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a liaison between HGB and Human Resources to ensure compliance with the unique requirements of Government contracts.
• Provide timely responses to requests for information from the HR Business Partners.
• Provide guidance to Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Ensure vacant positions are posted in Workday in a timely manner.
• Work closely with HGB pricing team on the development of staffing models and cost proposals.
• Read and understand RFP requirements.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System with accurate staffing data.
• Produce the monthly staffing reports in a timely manner.
• Support HGB by developing and issuing routine and ad hoc reports from Position Tracking System, Workday payroll, and other sources.
• Develop/maintain a positive relationship with HGB's contingent labor vendor.
• Consult with leaders on temporary staffing needs and guidance on contingent labor use.
• Coordinate screening and onboarding of temporary workers, verify training, ensure access, approve timecards, process invoices.
• Assist with contract terms with Corporate Procurement and evaluate vendors meeting government contracting requirements for small business spend.
• Assist with special projects assigned to the team.
