Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in Human Resources dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Humana Government Business and Human Resources to ensure compliance with government contract requirements.
• Provide timely responses to HR information requests and support payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Manage posting of vacancies in Workday and coordinate with the contingent labor vendor and staffing models.
• Develop and maintain the Position Tracking System and monthly staffing/procurement reports.
• Screen and onboard temporary workers, verify training, manage timecards and invoices, and coordinate with Procurement on contracts.
