Humana Inc. is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to bridge Humana Government Business with HR, ensuring government contract compliance and accurate staffing models. You will support payroll, RFPs, and vendor relationships while maintaining the position tracking system.

Remote role with standard ET business hours; occasional travels to Humana offices may be required, and a strong background in compensation data is essential. Benefits are described in the company policy.

Qualifikationen

• US citizenship required by DoD contract.
• HGB cannot hire candidates living in Puerto Rico.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3 years of HR experience dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Aufgaben

• Act as liaison between HGB and Human Resources to ensure contract compliance.
• Provide timely responses to HR information requests.
• Advise Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Post vacant positions in Workday promptly.
• Collaborate with HGB pricing on staffing models.
• Read and interpret RFP requirements.
• Maintain HGB Position Tracking System with staffing data.
• Produce monthly staffing reports in a timely manner.
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports from Position Tracking System and payroll data.
• Manage relationship with contingent labor vendor.
• Advise leaders on contingent labor needs and usage.
• Coordinate screening and onboarding of temporary workers; verify training, access, timecards, and invoices.
• Assist Corporate Procurement with contract terms and vendor evaluation.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
