Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to bridge Humana Government Business and HR, ensuring compliance with government contracts and developing staffing models and labor cost proposals.

The role supports audits, maintains the Position Tracking System, and manages relationships with contingent labor vendors, with remote work and a Monday–Friday schedule in ET time. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Not authorized to hire in Puerto Rico.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of HR experience dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Excel proficiency with pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between HGB and Human Resources to ensure compliance with government contract requirements.
• Provide timely responses to information requests from HR Business Partners.
• Provide guidance to Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Ensure vacant positions are posted in Workday promptly.
• Collaborate with HGB pricing on staffing model development.
• Read and understand RFP requirements.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System with staffing data updates.
• Produce monthly staffing reports.
• Support HGB by developing and issuing routine/ad hoc reports from Position Tracking System and Workday.
• Develop/maintain a positive relationship with the contingent labor vendor.
• Consult with leaders on temporary staffing needs and guidance on contingent labor use.
• Coordinate screening/onboarding of temporary workers and processing invoices.
• Assist with contract terms with Corporate Procurement and vendor evaluations for government contracts.
