Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Three years of experience in Human Resources handling compensation and confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between HGB and Human Resources to ensure compliance with government contracts.
• Develop staffing models and labor cost proposals; participate in audits by Government agencies.
• Manage the HGB Position Tracking System and relationship with contingent labor vendor.
• Coordinate screening/onboarding of temporary workers and approve timecards and invoices.
• Produce monthly reports and provide ad hoc reporting support from HR systems.
