Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a Workday HCM Business Systems Analyst to support the HR Technology group and the IT department, focusing on Workday configuration, data integrity, reporting, and user education.

You will partner with HR and IT stakeholders to implement enhancements, test configurations, audit data, and enable efficient HR processes while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, CS, or related field or equivalent combination of education.
Two (2) years of Workday configuration experience.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and practices.
Experience providing production support of HR technology solutions.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Support HR Technology Production through Workday/configuration for projects and production support.
Perform testing to ensure configuration meets user requirements and develop test scripts.
Provide ad hoc reports and complete data audits for HRIS data integrity.
Research and resolve HRIS data transfer issues with vendors and internal teams.
Design and develop interfaces and facilitate projects in HR program areas.
