Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a Workday HCM Business Systems Analyst to support HR technology, data integrity, and reporting across HR and IT. You will liaise with HR teams to provide user education, feedback, and analysis for strategic decisions in a remote-capable role.

The role emphasizes Workday configuration, production support, testing, reporting, and collaboration on system interfaces. A strong HRIS/IT background and Workday expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and project management tools.
• Deep knowledge of Workday HCM modules and upgrades/new features management.
• Two years of Workday configuration experience.
• Five years HRIS/IT experience with data analysis and process design.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR technology production support for Workday and related systems.
• Configure Workday for projects and production support.
• Perform functional/end-user testing and create testing criteria.
• Produce ad hoc reports and audits to ensure data integrity.
• Partner with IT to design interfaces and support system interoperability.
• Assist with HR program initiatives (performance, talent, compensation) and user access audits.
