Stride, Inc. is seeking a Workday HCM Business Systems Analyst to support the HR Technology function and IT collaboration.

You will help ensure data integrity, perform testing, and produce insightful reports to aid strategic planning across HR teams. The role emphasizes production support, Workday configuration, and partnership with IT for interfaces, with a focus on continuous improvement and leveraging AI-enabled insights for competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Power Point, Excel & Visio.
• Process improvement, able to prioritize, organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, auditing and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and practices.
• Keeps abreast of HR/people & culture technology trends.
• Deep subject matter expertise of at least 1 Workday HCM module including upgrades/new features management.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Technology Production Support including enhancements and configurations for projects or production support.
• Perform testing to ensure configurations meet user requirements and develop testing criteria.
• Provide ad hoc reports and conduct data audits to ensure HRIS data integrity.
• Collaborate with IT to design system interfaces and assist in projects like performance, talent reviews, and compensation planning.
