Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a Workday HCM Business Systems Analyst to support HR technology, ensure data integrity, and help optimize Workday usage. You will work with HR and IT to analyze data, report findings, and implement improvements across HR processes.

You will perform testing, assist with system interfaces, and help with performance assessments, talent reviews, and compensation planning. Remote work is possible across the U.S.

Qualifications

Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Deep knowledge of at least one Workday HCM module
2+ years Workday configuration experience
5+ years HRIS/IT experience and data handling
Background check clearance

Responsibilities

Provide HRIS/HR technology production support and issue resolution
Configure Workday or HR technologies for projects and production
Perform testing and validation of changes
Generate ad hoc reports and audit HRIS data
Collaborate with IT for system interfaces and data transfers
Assist with HR program projects like performance reviews and compensation planning
Conduct user access audits and bulk employee changes via EIB
Drive continuous improvement including AI enhancements
