Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a Workday HCM Business Systems Analyst to support HR technology, data integrity and reporting. This role partners with HR and IT to provide education, analyze data and drive system improvements across Workday and related HR systems.

The position emphasizes production support, implementation of new features, training, and collaboration on talent, performance and compensation programs. This is a remote, nationwide role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio.
• Strong HR policy knowledge and organizational skills.
• Deep Workday HCM module knowledge including upgrades/new features.
• Delivery focused with high energy and IT collaboration.
• 2 years Workday configuration experience; 5 years HRIS/IT experience.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Technology Production with Workday configurations.
• Test configurations and perform end-user testing.
• Develop ad hoc HR reports and perform data audits.
• Collaborate with IT to design system interfaces and interoperability.
• Assist with HR initiatives like performance, talent review and compensation planning.
• Execute bulk employee changes via EIB.
