Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a Workday HCM Business Systems Analyst within the HR department to support the optimal use, functioning and data integrity of Workday.

The role collaborates with IT and HR teams to provide user support, training, and analysis for strategic planning. Essential duties include production support for HR technology, testing, data audits, and building interfaces with other systems, while guiding HR programs such as performance and talent reviews.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and HR technology trends.
• Deep expertise in at least one Workday HCM module, including upgrades/new features.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR technology production support and end-user assistance.
• Assist in testing, validation, and data quality audits across HRIS data flows.
• Collaborate with IT to design interfaces for system interoperability.
• Support project management for HR programs such as performance, talent reviews, and compensation.
