Stride, Inc. seeks a Workday HCM Business Systems Analyst to support HR technologies, data integrity and system reporting. You will liaise with HR and IT to optimize Workday functionality, provide user education, and drive continuous improvement across HR processes.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of Workday configuration experience.
• Five (5) years HRIS/IT experience, HR application analysis/support and data/workflow documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science, or related field or equivalent combination of education.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Support HR technology production enhancements and configuration.
• Perform testing to ensure requirements are met and develop test scripts.
• Provide ad hoc HRIS reports and data audits.
• Research and resolve issues related to data transfers from HRIS to other systems.
• Collaborate with IT on system interfaces and data integrity.
• Assist with training and change management for HR tech implementations.
• Execute bulk employee changes via EIB.
