Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a Workday HCM Business Systems Analyst to support HR technology and ensure data integrity within Workday. You will collaborate with HR and IT, deliver user support, training, and reporting, and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.

Your role includes production support for HR systems, Workday configuration, testing, data audits, and implementing enhancements. You will also help with project management for HR programs and assist with interfaces and access

Qualifications

Two years of Workday configuration experience.
Five years HRIS/IT experience and working with data, business processes and documentation.
Bachelor's degree in HR, CS, or related field.

Responsibilities

Support HR Technology production and Workday configuration.
Perform testing to ensure development/configuration meets user requirements.
Provide ad hoc reports and data audits.
Partner with IT to design interfaces to support systems interoperability.
Assist with HR program/project management activities (performance, talent, compensation).
Execute bulk employee changes via EIB.
