Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a Workday HCM Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize HRIS data, reporting and system functionality. The role sits in HR with close collaboration with IT, ensuring data integrity, user education and strategic feedback for planning and decisions.

The candidate will drive production support, Workday configuration, testing, and interface design, while delivering training and enabling continuous improvement in HR technology and related processes.

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as MS Project, Word, Power Point, Excel & Visio.
Process improvement, ability to prioritize, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication, auditing and analytical skills.
Strong knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and practices.
Keeps abreast of current trends and changes in HR / people & culture technology.
Deep subject matter expertise of at least 1 module of Workday HCM including upgrades/new features management.
Delivery focused, with high energy and drive, and ability to deliver working with IT.
Creative solutioning and strong problem-solving skills with agility for fast and simple solutions.
Experience providing production support ofHR Technology solutions, such as solving longer-running user issues; troubleshoots independently based on knowledge of application.
Ability to work both independently, as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Ability to clear required background check.
Two (2) years of Workday configuration specific experience.
Five (5) years HRIS /IT experience, HR application analysis/support experience and working with data, business process design and documentation.
Certificates and Licenses: None required.

Responsibilities

HR Technology Production Support including enhancements and configuration for projects and production support.
Perform testing activities to ensure development/configuration meets user requirements and test criteria.
Provide and support ad hoc HR reports as needed and complete data audits for HRIS data integrity.
Research and resolve HRIS data transfer issues with external systems and vendors.
Partner with IT to design and develop system interfaces for interoperability.
Facilitate project management of people-related programs such as performance, talent review and compensation planning.
Complete user access audits to ensure HR data restrictions are in place.
Execute bulk employee changes via EIB.
