Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices; data auditing and analysis.
• Two years of Workday configuration experience; five years HRIS/IT experience with data, business process design and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, computer science, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide Workday HR technology production support and testing to ensure user requirements are met.
• Configure Workday or other HR technologies for projects and production support.
• Develop and deliver ad hoc reports; perform data audits for HRIS data integrity.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data transfers between HRIS and external systems; design interfaces for interoperability.
• Support HR/IT projects, including performance management, talent reviews, and compensation planning.
• Assist with user access audits and bulk employee changes (EIB).
