Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Technical Consultant for Workday Financials to serve Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise accounts. You will act as the technical and financial SME, designing solutions across Ramp and partner integrations, guiding Workday integration, configuration, and system design with cross-functional teams.

You will work with post-sales and product teams to evolve Ramp's offerings, define success criteria, and advocate for scalable integration architectures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
4+ years in technical consulting or similar customer-facing technical roles.
3+ years hands-on experience with Workday, including integration patterns.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise Workday environments.
Guide Workday integration, configuration, and system design with customers and Ramp teams.
Propose scalable solutions involving Workday Finance & Operations, HRIS, and API integrations.
Collaborate with onboarding and implementation leads to accelerate time-to-value.
Troubleshoot Workday integration blockers and advise on best-fit Ramp architecture.
