Zusammenfassung

Ramp is seeking a Technical Consultant focused on Enterprise Workday customers. You will act as a technical and financial SME, guiding Workday integration, configuration, and surface-area design across Ramp and partner ecosystems.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align integration capabilities with customer needs, drive successful implementations, and scale Ramp for large, multi-entity clients.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
• 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• 3+ years hands-on Workday experience, including integration patterns and deployment models.
• Deep familiarity with Workday finance and accounting workflows (GL, AP, dimensions, legal entities).
• Comfort explaining APIs, integration logic, and system architecture to finance/ops stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering/Design on enterprise-driven gaps and scalable roadmaps.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise Workday customers with multi-entity and multi-ERP environments.
• Advise customers and Ramp teams on Workday integration, configuration, and system design.
• Partner with Activation and Account Management teams to assess requirements and propose scalable Workday finance/HRIS/API solutions.
• Collaborate with onboarding and implementation leads to support technical workstreams and faster value realization.
• Troubleshoot Workday integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions.
• Contribute to internal docs and tooling to scale Workday integration support.
• Advise on non-standard Workday implementations while ensuring platform scalability.
