Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Technical Consultant focused on Enterprise Workday deployments, partnering with Customer Activation, Account Management and Post-Sales to design financial solutions. You’ll serve as a technical and financial SME, shaping integration strategies and scaling solutions across Ramp’s customer base.

You’ll work with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align on integrations, educate customers on Ramp capabilities, and help drive adoption while contributing to Ramp’s growth in the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or related field.
• 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or similar customer-facing role.
• 3+ years hands-on experience working with Workday, including integration patterns.
• Deep familiarity with Workday finance and accounting workflows.
• Strong communication and ability to translate technical solutions into business value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise accounts with Workday and complex environments.
• Guide Workday integration, configuration, and system design with customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate to assess requirements and propose scalable Workday Finance/Operations and API solutions.
• Support technical workstreams with onboarding and implementation leads for faster value.
• Troubleshoot Workday integration blockers and guide customers through configurations.
• Influence Ramp's product roadmap by channeling Workday pain points to Product/Engineering.
• Contribute to internal docs and tooling for Workday integration use cases.
