Job summary
Ramp is seeking a Technical Consultant to partner with customers and Ramp teams, identifying and delivering financial solutions through ERP/HRIS integrations and Ramp APIs. You will work with Customer Activation, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to scale implementations and deliver high-value outcomes.
You’ll define success metrics across onboarding, activation, and expansion, translating complex technical concepts for finance and operations stakeholders while owning problem-solving
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or similar.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and finance/accounting workflows.
- Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture.
Responsibilities
- Act as technical advisor to customers and Ramp teams for high-value implementations.
- Assess requirements and propose scalable ERP/HRIS/API integration solutions.
- Collaborate with onboarding and implementation leads to support technical workstreams.
- Guide customers through integration options without coding; troubleshoot blockers.
- Influence product roadmap by feeding customer pain points to Product & Engineering.
