Job summary

Ramp is seeking Enterprise Technical Consultants to partner with customers on Workday deployments, API integrations, and financial workflow configurations. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to design scalable, value-driven solutions that meet complex multi-entity needs.

This role focuses on Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise customers, guiding implementations from onboarding through expansion and ensuring high-value outcomes across Workday Finance & Operations, APIs, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or similar customer-facing role (SaaS/fintech preferred).
3+ years hands-on Workday experience including integration patterns and deployment models.
Deep familiarity with Workday finance/workflows (GL, AP, dimensions, legal entities).
Ability to explain APIs, integration logic, and system architecture to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise Workday accounts with multi-entity, multi-ERP environments.
Advise on Workday integration, configuration, and system design for high-value implementations.
Collaborate with Activation & Account Management to assess requirements and propose scalable Workday solutions.
Guide customers through onboarding, activation, and expansion with Ramp architecture and APIs.
Troubleshoot Workday integration blockers and support Ramp product roadmap with customer feedback.
