Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Technical Consultant to partner with customers and Ramp teams to design scalable financial integrations across ERP and HRIS ecosystems. You’ll translate complex tech into business value and guide integration design.

Based in the U.S., you’ll support high-growth customers, work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Sales, and influence roadmaps. The role emphasizes ownership, problem-solving, and delivering rapid time-to-value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or related field.
• 2+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or similar client-facing technical role in SaaS/fintech.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion).
• Comfort with APIs, integration logic, system architecture, and explaining concepts to finance and operations stakeholders.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor to customers and Ramp’s internal teams for high-value implementations.
• Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management to assess requirements and propose scalable ERP/API solutions.
• Support onboarding and implementation leads to accelerate time-to-value.
• Troubleshoot integration blockers and guide customers through configuration choices without coding.
• Contribute to internal docs and tooling to scale Ramp’s integration use cases.
• Influence product roadmap by channeling customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
