Job summary
Ramp is seeking a Technical Consultant to partner with customers and Ramp teams to design financial solutions via ERP and API integrations. You will guide implementations from onboarding through expansion, acting as the technical and financial subject‑matter expert.
You will translate complex technical concepts for finance stakeholders and help shape product roadmaps with Sales, Product and Engineering. This role focuses on Commercial and Mid‑Market customers with standardized workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years in a technical consulting or similar role.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and finance workflows; ability to translate technical concepts to business value.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical advisor to customers and Ramp teams for high‑value implementations.
- Assess requirements and propose scalable ERP/API integration solutions.
- Collaborate with onboarding, Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive roadmaps and successful deployments.
