Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This hands-on role manages the CMS, publishing intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness, partnering with Performance Marketing, Creative and Brand, Content, Marketing Operations, and tech teams.

You will translate business requirements into reliable website experiences without duplicating

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on website management experience.
• Experience with modern CMS (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Contentful).
• HTML/CSS knowledge; diagnose front-end issues.
• Experience with GA4 / Google Search Console.
• Strong PM and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work across multi-brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CMS administration including pages, templates, and publishing workflows.
• Prioritize website requests across business lines and plan releases.
• Build landing pages using established components with designers and developers.
• Lead QA and release readiness, accessibility, and tracking accuracy.
• Improve site health: Core Web Vitals, redirects, metadata, SEO basics.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document technical requirements clearly.
• Implement campaign tracking and consent management on sites.
• Develop governance, documentation, and reusable publishing processes.
• Use analytics and Search Console to identify issues and offer recommendations.
