Job summary

RethinkFirst in the United States is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This is a hands-on role that will manage the content management system, publishing intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness of our web properties.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, web development, or related field.
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites and publishing through a modern CMS.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to diagnose frontend issues.
Practical experience with technical SEO, accessibility, and page performance.
Experience using web analytics and site-health tools (GA4, Search Console).
Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong documentation and follow-through in a multi-brand environment.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day administration of the CMS, including pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows, and content structure.
Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across lines of business with release schedules.
Build and update pages using established components; coordinate with designers, developers, and agencies.
Lead website QA and release readiness, including accessibility and post-launch checks.
Monitor website health, performance, redirects, and meta data; improve crawlability and SEO fundamentals.
Maintain website forms and integrations; document technical requirements clearly.
Implement campaign tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests with Marketing.
Create governance, documentation, and reusable processes for faster ownership and approvals.
Use analytics and site-quality tools to identify issues and share recommendations.
