Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This hands-on role manages CMS, publishing intake, releases, and technical health, while ensuring accessibility and search readiness across web properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, information systems, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites and publishing through a modern CMS (WordPress/Webflow/HubSpot/Contentful).
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and ability to diagnose frontend issues.
• Experience with technical SEO, accessibility, and page performance.
• Experience with analytics and site-health tools (GA4, Google Search Console).
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong documentation, problem-solving, and cross-brand collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the content management system: pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows, and content structure.
• Manage intake and prioritization of website requests across business lines with realistic release schedules.
• Build and update pages using established components; coordinate with designers and developers for new functionality.
• Lead website QA and release readiness, including accessibility, forms, tracking, and cross-browser checks.
• Monitor website health, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and metadata for SEO.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document requirements for dev partners.
• Implement campaign tracking and consent management requirements with Marketing Operations.
• Create governance, documentation, and reusable processes to reduce bottlenecks.
• Use analytics and site-quality tools to identify issues and propose improvements.
