Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This is a hands-on role that will manage the content management system, publishing intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness of our web properties.

The Website Manager will partner closely with Performance Marketing, Creative and Brand, Content, Marketing Operations, and technical partners

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3–5 years managing production marketing websites with a modern CMS.
HTML/CSS knowledge and ability to diagnose front-end issues.
Practical experience with technical SEO, accessibility, and page performance.
Experience with GA4 or Google Search Console.
Strong project and stakeholder management with external partners.
Excellent documentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day administration of the CMS including pages, templates, and publishing workflows.
Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across lines of business.
Build and update pages using established components, coordinating with designers and developers.
Lead QA and release readiness for content accuracy and accessibility.
Monitor website health, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and metadata.
Maintain forms and integrations; document technical requirements clearly.
Implement campaign tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests.
Create reusable governance processes to clarify ownership and approvals.
Analyze site data with analytics tools and share actionable insights.
