RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. Reporting to the VP of Marketing Analytics and Operations, this hands-on role will manage the content management system, publishing intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness of our web properties.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites with a modern CMS.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and the ability to diagnose front-end issues.
• Practical experience with technical SEO, website accessibility, responsive design, redirects, and QA.
• Experience using web analytics tools such as GA4 or Google Search Console.
• Strong documentation, problem-solving, and follow-through in a multi-brand environment.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day administration of the content management system, including pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows, and content structure.
• Manage a clear intake and prioritization process for website requests across business lines and translate approved needs into release plans.
• Lead website QA and release readiness, including content accuracy, accessibility, tracking, and post-launch checks.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals, redirects, metadata, and other SEO fundamentals to improve performance.
• Maintain website forms and integrations; document technical requirements for internal or external partners.
• Implement campaign tracking and landing-page tests in collaboration with Marketing Operations.
• Create governance, documentation, and reusable publishing processes to reduce bottlenecks.
• Use analytics and site-health tools to identify issues and propose concise improvements.
