Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This is a hands-on role that will manage the content management system, publishing intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness of our web properties.

The Website Manager will partner closely with Performance Marketing, Creative and Brand, Content, Marketing Operations, and technical partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to troubleshoot frontend issues.
• Practical experience with technical SEO, accessibility, and site health.
• Experience using GA4 or similar analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the CMS, including pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows, and content structure.
• Manage intake and prioritization of website requests across business lines with realistic release schedules.
• Build and update pages using established components; coordinate with designers, developers, and agencies for major changes.
• Lead website QA and release readiness, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and tracking.
• Monitor website health, Core Web Vitals, redirects, crawlability, and SEO metadata.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document technical requirements for partners.
• Implement tracking and consent management for campaigns with marketing partners.
• Create governance, documentation, and reusable processes to reduce bottlenecks.
• Use analytics and Search Console to identify issues and offer concise recommendations.
