Job summary

RethinkFirst in the United States seeks a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of public marketing sites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd.

Reporting to Marketing Analytics, this hands-on role will manage the CMS, intake, releases, accessibility, and search readiness while collaborating with Performance Marketing, Creative/Brand, Content, and technical partners to deliver reliable web experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing/web development/related field.
• 3–5 years managing production marketing websites and publishing via a modern CMS.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and diagnosing frontend/templating issues.
• Experience with technical SEO, accessibility, responsive design, and release QA.
• Experience with web analytics and site-health tools (e.g., GA4, Google Search Console).
• Strong project- and stakeholder-management, with ability to triage requests and coordinate partners.
• Documentation, problem-solving, and follow-through in multi-brand environments.
• Experience in B2B software, healthcare/education tech or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the CMS, templates, components, permissions, workflows, and structure.
• Maintain intake process for website requests and translate needs into plans and release schedules.
• Lead QA and release readiness including content accuracy, accessibility, and tracking.
• Monitor website health, Core Web Vitals, redirects, crawlability, and metadata.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document technical requirements for partners.
• Implement tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests with Marketing Ops.
• Create governance, documentation, and reusable processes for ownership and standards.
• Use analytics and site-quality tools to identify issues and share recommendations.
