Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. You’ll manage the CMS, intake, releases, accessibility, and SEO readiness while partnering with Marketing, Creative, Content, and technical teams.

You will oversee content accuracy, performance, and integration support, with a focus on scalable governance and reliable web experiences across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, web development, information systems, or communications.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites and publishing via a modern CMS.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; ability to diagnose front‑end and integration issues.
• Practical experience with technical SEO, accessibility, responsive design, redirects, page performance, and QA.
• Experience with web analytics tools (GA4, Google Search Console) and site health.
• Strong project- and stakeholder-management skills in a multi-brand environment.
• Experience with consent-management tools, tag-management, form integrations, or website experimentation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of the content management system across RethinkFirst brands.
• Manage intake and prioritization for website requests and coordinate release schedules.
• Lead website QA and release readiness including accessibility, tracking, and forms.
• Monitor and improve site health, Core Web Vitals, redirects, metadata, and SEO foundations.
• Maintain forms and routine integrations; document technical requirements for developers.
• Implement and maintain campaign tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests.
• Create governance, documentation, and reusable processes to reduce bottlenecks and clarify ownership.
• Use analytics and site-quality tools to identify issues and share actionable recommendations with stakeholders.
