Job summary

RethinkFirst in the United States is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing Analytics and Operations, this hands-on role collaborates with Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, and IT partners to translate business needs into reliable web experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years managing production marketing websites with a modern CMS.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; diagnose front-end issues.
• Experience with technical SEO, accessibility, and performance.
• Experience with analytics tools GA4 / Search Console.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CMS administration, templates, permissions, and publishing workflows.
• Lead intake, prioritization, and release planning for website requests.
• Ensure QA, accessibility, redirects, and post-launch checks.
• Monitor health, Core Web Vitals, metadata, and SEO fundamentals.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, and IT partners.
• Define governance, documentation, and reusable processes.
