Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2 years of electrical/technical experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years, or a high school diploma with 6 years of experience.
• Knowledge of how Variable Frequency Drives work is REQUIRED.
• Firm understanding of electrical principles and troubleshooting drives.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone and email for LV/VFD applications, commissioning, troubleshooting, and warranty evaluations.
• Assist customers with drive programming, parameter configuration, and integration with control systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, field service, sales, and product teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Coordinate warranty replacements and labor authorizations for warranty repairs.
• Maintain detailed case documentation using Salesforce Case Management and other tools.
• Stay current with VFD technologies, software updates, and industry trends.
