This remote role within the Motion Drive Products division supports the US market and involves troubleshooting, drive programming, and integration with control systems.

You will collaborate with engineering and field service, document cases in Salesforce, and stay current with new VFD technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years relevant Electrical/Technical experience, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of how Variable Frequency Drives work.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and drives.
• Proficiency in English communication, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone and email for VFD applications.
• Assist customers with drive programming and configuration.
• Collaborate with engineering, field service, sales, and product teams.
• Process warranty replacements and labor authorizations.
• Maintain documentation of support cases using Salesforce.
• Stay current with VFD technologies and updates.
