Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the commercial real estate lease administration industry and/or accounting and property management fields.
• Experience with multiple commercial real estate database applications (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Viisual Lease, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead transition lifecycle from discovery to stabilization across multiple global accounts.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget for transitions.
• Create, edit, and run reports; mentor junior transition resources.
• Oversee data migration, abstraction, and QA of lease information.
• Coordinate with global lease administration teams and client stakeholders.
