Job summary

Colliers is seeking a seasoned Transition Manager, Lease Administration, to lead client implementations and manage complex lease data migrations. You will oversee discovery, data extraction, migration, validation and stabilization, then handover to the Lease Administration team.

Strong governance, reporting and training capabilities are required. Responsibilities include coordinating global teams, maintaining templates, ensuring timely and accurate lease information, and managing client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate or similar field preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with multiple commercial real estate databases (CoStar, Yardi, ProLease, Viisual Lease).
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities; understands FASB/IFRS where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently and track scope, schedule and budget.
• Program manage transition delivery including timelines, risk and actions.
• Oversee rent abstraction, renewal terms and recovery calculations for leases.
• Develop and maintain client governance programs, reporting cadences and playbooks.
• Lead training for lease administration systems and dashboards.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure delivery of services and accuracy of data.
• Prepare and lead client communications; manage escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
• Review and validate lease data and ensure alignment with contracts and client expectations.
