Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Transition Manager, Lease Administration to lead client implementations and manage vendor relationships across the transition lifecycle. You will centralize schedules, reports, and communication plans, ensuring accurate abstraction and seamless handover to the Lease Administration team.

The role emphasizes project leadership, governance programs, and collaboration with global teams while operating in a remote, multi-location environment in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, accounting, real estate or related field.
• Extensive experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with multi-line global accounts and large lease portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple transition projects concurrently and track scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide quality control within lease databases during onboarding.
• Create, edit, and run reports in Lease Administration systems.
• Mentor junior transition resources and lead key duties.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation and QA for transitions.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and RACI-based processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate input of rental obligations during onboarding.
• Coordinate with global teams and maintain client governance programs.
