Job summary

Colliers in the United States seeks a Transition Manager, Lease Administration to lead client implementations, manage vendor relationships, and oversee end-to-end transition lifecycle from discovery to stabilization. This remote role supports multiple locations and requires strong project management and lease admin expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, real estate, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Experience with multi-line global accounts and large portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple transition projects concurrently.
• Oversee discovery, data extraction, migration, validation, and stabilization of transitions.
• Develop schedules, reports, and communication plans for client transitions.
• Mentor junior transition resources and ensure quality control and timelines.
• Coordinate with global teams on data migration, abstraction, and billing processes.
