Job summary

Colliers is seeking aTransition Manager, Lease Administration to lead client implementations, manage relationships, and oversee the end-to-end transition lifecycle from discovery to handover. The role involves data extraction, migration, validation, and process documentation, with emphasis on timelines, budgets, and global team coordination.

The candidate should have real estate lease administration experience, strong reporting skills, and the ability to work remotely across various locations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with major CRE databases (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Viisual Lease).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Solid understanding of FASB/IFRS accounting rules and general accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple transition projects concurrently with clear timelines and budgets.
• Oversee global team delivery and coordinate with lease admin account teams.
• Lead data migration, abstraction, validation, and reporting during transitions.
• Provide training for lease administration systems and dashboards and ensure data quality.
