Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Transition Manager, Lease Administration to lead client implementations, data migration, and governance across global teams. The role emphasizes accurate lease abstraction, report generation, and stakeholder management in a remote, US-wide setting.

The candidate should have 10+ years in CRE lease administration, strong data and reporting skills, and experience with major CRE databases. This remote role supports various US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related areas.
• Experience with major CRE databases (CoStar, Yardi, ProLease, etc.).
• Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS accounting rules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee lease abstraction, data migration, and quality control across transitions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and playbooks with RACI clarity.
• Coordinate with global teams and lead client governance and status reviews.
• Provide training on lease systems and ensure timely client communications.
• Review and validate rent, CAM, O/E, tax, and insurance charges for accuracy.
