Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
- Experience with multi-line global accounts and large lease portfolios is a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple transition projects concurrently.
- Track and manage project scope, schedule, and budget for transitions.
- Oversee lease abstraction, data migration, and quality control.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior transition resources.
- Develop governance programs and client reporting cadences.
