Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Transition Manager, Lease Administration, to lead client implementations, manage vendor relationships and own the transition lifecycle from discovery to handover. The role drives schedules, reports, and governance, ensuring timely abstraction of lease data and high-quality client service across diverse assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• Qualified candidates will have at least 10 years of relevant experience in the commercial real estate lease administration industry and/or accounting and property management fields.
• Intermediate to expert level experience with multiple commercial real estate database applications such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Viisual Lease, or other portfolio management database systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently and track accountability to scope, schedule, and budget for transitions.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation and quality control for transition projects and ensure timely, accurate input.
• Program manage delivery of transitions including timelines, risk mitigation, action tracking and client meetings.
