Job summary

Colliers is seeking a talented Transition Manager, Lease Administration, to lead client implementations and manage cross‑functional teams remotely across multiple US locations. You will centralize schedules, reports, and communication plans while guiding the end‑to‑end transition lifecycle from discovery to stabilization.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in commercial real estate lease administration, strong project management, and mastery of CRE databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate or similar field preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with multiple CRE database tools (CoStar, Yardi, ProLease, Viisual Lease, Apex).
• Strong project management, reporting, and process improvement capabilities.
• Ability to work remotely and manage global teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple transition projects concurrently.
• Track scope, schedule, and budget for transitions.
• Oversee lease abstraction, data migration and quality control during onboarding.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for client governance.
• Mentor junior transition resources and lead training efforts.
• Develop and maintain process playbooks and RACI charts.
• Ensure timely and accurate input of lease obligations during onboarding.
