Job summary

Colliers International seeks a Transition Manager, Lease Administration to lead client implementations, manage end-to-end transition lifecycle, and coordinate global teams. You will oversee discovery, data extraction, migration, validation, and handover to the Lease Administration group, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

The role emphasizes building strong client governance, reporting cadence, and effective communication while interpreting complex lease language and maintaining data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting/property management.
• Experience with multiple CRE databases (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Viisual Lease) including 1,000+ leases and global accounts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Knowledge of FASB/IFRS accounting rules preferred.
• Able to work remotely and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage transition lifecycle for lease administration implementations.
• Coordinate discovery, data extraction, migration, validation and handover to lease admin teams.
• Lead project timelines, budgets and client communications.
• Oversight of global team delivery and quality control.
• Provide training on lease administration systems and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain transition playbooks and governance programs.
