Colliers is seeking a Transition Manager, Lease Administration in the United States to lead client implementations, manage vendor relationships, and oversee end-to-end transition lifecycles from discovery through stabilization and handover to the Lease Administration team.

You will manage multiple projects, develop reports, mentor staff, and ensure accurate lease data with a focus on client objectives, governance, and strong service delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with multiple CRE databases such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Viisual Lease.
• Proven success managing global accounts and multi‑line accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote).
• Knowledge of FASB/IFRS accounting rules and general accounting principles.
• Able to work independently, preferably remotely, with strong time management skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage multiple transition projects concurrently and track scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee onboarding, data migration, abstraction, validation, and reporting during transitions.
• Provide final QC for abstraction and ensure accuracy of lease data.
• Mentor junior transition resources and train team members on key duties.
• Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, and governance programs with client teams.
• Communicate with clients and manage escalations to ensure timely resolution.
