Colliers International in the United States seeks a Transition Manager, Lease Administration to lead client implementations and manage vendor relationships, driving the transition lifecycle from discovery to stabilization. This role emphasizes project oversight, data migration, and governance within a remote structure across various locations.

The candidate will manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications, mentor teams, and ensure accurate abstraction and reporting.

Competenze

• 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration.
• Experience with large portfolios and global accounts (1,000+ leases).
• Strong knowledge of lease administration processes and templates.
• Proficiency with CRE databases such as CoStar, Yardi, ProLease or similar systems.

Mansioni

• Coordinate transition lifecycle from discovery through stabilization and handover.
• Manage multiple transitions, timelines, and budgets across accounts.
• Provide quality control and governance through reporting and dashboards.
• Lead training for lease administration teams and junior staff.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate lease input across systems.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders on status and risks.
