Job summary

Maximus is seeking experienced Trainers to support a variety of contact center environments in a fully remote role. The position focuses on delivering virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams and adapting content for learners with different levels of experience.

Trainers will deliver new hire, continuing education, and return-to-work training, administer exams and surveys, and track program effectiveness while complying with company guidelines. A federal background check is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering virtual training in contact centers.
• Ability to train diverse audiences and levels.
• Must pass a federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to a variety of audiences and maintain records.
• Coordinate logistics for instruction events and prepare workstations.
• Administer post-training exams and surveys.
• Report training activity and program effectiveness.
• Provide production floor support and answer questions.
• Follow SOPs and deliver curriculum according to guidelines.
